Lissa Sims and the Apiary are partnering to bring you Shala. SHALA (Sanskrit for home) is for us to gather, relax, comune, heal and find ease. Join us for this practice of using the forms of yoga combined with natural movement to find ease in your mind and body. We will explore ways to move and breathe that give you exactly what you need in each moment. Sometimes we are up; sometimes we are down. Yoga and the breath are tools to help us find balance.
Passion for community building and enthusiasm for finding ease go hand-in-hand with everything we do. Our door is always open to new members, no matter your experience level. We are proud to bring together people from all over Lexington and beyond.
