​Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Guest Cancellations

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of this intimate retreat, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 90 days before the retreat – Full refund minus a $500 administrative fee.

• 60-89 days before the retreat – 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

• Less than 60 days before the retreat – No refund unless your spot is filled. If a replacement is found, we will refund your payment minus a $500 administrative fee.

• Name Transfers – You may transfer your booking to another guest up to 14 days before the retreat with prior approval from our team.

Organizer Cancellations

• If we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund or credit toward a future retreat.

• We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, hotels, or travel insurance.

 

Travel & Weather Disruptions

• You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, including flights and transportation to the retreat venue.

• No refunds will be given for travel delays, cancellations, or missed flights.

• In the case of severe weather events (e.g., hurricanes) that make the retreat unsafe or unfeasible, we may reschedule the retreat or offer partial credit for a future retreat at our discretion.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and weather-related disruptions.

 

Health & Safety

• Guests must disclose any medical conditions that may impact their ability to participate in retreat activities.

• The retreat organizers and venue are not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs during the retreat.

• If a guest becomes ill before arrival, standard cancellation policies apply.

• If a guest becomes ill during the retreat, they are responsible for any medical costs, transportation, or changes to travel plans.

 

Force Majeure Clause

The organizers are not responsible for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, floods)

• Government travel restrictions

• Pandemics or health crises

• Political instability or civil unrest

In such cases, we will assess the situation and may offer a partial refund or credit toward a future retreat.

 

Code of Conduct & Liability Waiver

• All guests are expected to be respectful, kind, and open to the retreat experience.

• If a guest is disruptive or unsafe, the organizers reserve the right to remove them from the retreat without a refund.

• Participation in all retreat activities (yoga, swimming, excursions) is voluntary, and guests must sign a liability waiver acknowledging potential risks.

 

Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure your spot.

• Full payment is due  by September 10, 2025. Payment plans available upon request.
