We created SHALA (Sanskrit for home) for us to gather, relax, commune, heal and find ease.
You are invited to join us Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
mornings for yoga and, as an added benefit to Shala members, for workshops from experts in numerous modes of natural healing from yoga to Jin Shin Jyutsu to sound bathing and more.
Passion for community building and enthusiasm for finding ease go hand-in-hand with everything we do. Our door is always open to new members, no matter your experience level. We are proud to bring together people from all over Lexington and beyond.
