Yoga at Ashland
Sundays at 11a.m. | June 16-October 10
Yoga at Ashland is a community-focused event, open to participants of all ages. We practice yoga not to get good at yoga but to get good at life and that is why our practice is open to everyone.
Choose Ease
Slow down, breath deeply and feel. Join us for a free, all-levels practice on the lawn under the trees. Whether this is your first yoga practice or your thousandth, this is a great opportunity to be with your people in a beautiful environment with many people who love yoga and want to share it. Invite your people, share this and/or bring a friend. EVERYONE is welcome! Most people bring mats but a big towel works too.

What to Wear
Wear whatever makes you feel happy and free to move. People wear sweatpants and shorts, t-shirts and tank tops, loose pants and tight pants, and yes, some people even wear yoga pants. Layers are best because even when it's a bit chilly once you start moving you may find you get warm. Most people find it easiest to be barefoot but, if you want to wear socks or even shoes, it's your practice so you do what works for you.

(The practice is free but it would be really nice if we all bring a donation for Ashland--they sure would appreciate it.)
