Yoga at Ashland
Sundays at 11am | June 22-October 10
Move, Breathe, Belong
Stretch out under the trees and settle into yourself with free, all-levels yoga on the lawn.
.

Pause. Breathe. Come home to yourself.
This outdoor yoga practice is open to all—whether it’s your first class or your thousandth. We don’t practice yoga to get good at yoga. We practice yoga to get good at life.
Everyone is welcome.
Surrounded by the beauty of Ashland, the Henry Clay Estate, this all-levels class is a chance to connect—with yourself, with nature, and with a community that loves yoga as much as you do. Bring a mat or a towel, invite a friend, and come as you are.
What to Wear
Wear whatever makes you feel happy and free to move. People wear sweatpants and shorts, t-shirts and tank tops, loose pants and tight pants, and yes, some people even wear yoga pants. Layers are best because even when it's a bit chilly once you start moving you may find you get warm. Most people find it easiest to be barefoot but, if you want to wear socks or even shoes, it's your practice so you do what works for you.
The practice is free but it would be really nice if we all bring a donation for Ashland or you can make a donation here for Ashland--they sure would appreciate it.
