About the Event

Show your mind and body some love every day! For the next 21 days join me in committing to yoga for 10 minutes per day. 

I'll go live on Monday morning for our first practice together. And every few days from Nov. 1-21. The practices will be on my instagram channel so you can do them any time during the day. 

Here are a few tips to set yourself up for success

1. Make a consistent time to practice every day. Set an alarm. It feels really nice to keep your yoga mat right by your bed so you can just roll out of bed and let the very first thing you do in the morning be yoga. Or maybe the very last thing you do at night before you go to sleep. 

2. Create a lovely place to practice every day. If you have a place where you can keep your yoga mat out and ready to go it will help. You can light a candle or keep a book of quotes you like nearby for ambiance and inspiration.

3. Invite a friend to join you. Studies show that you are much more likely to succeed  at pretty much everything if you do it with someone else. Plus it is more fun when you are/have a cheerleader. (That's also why we are doing this together.)

4. Commit! This is a great way to remind yourself every day that your wellbeing is important.
