About the Event
Eleuthera comes from the word for freedom in Greek.
The beach here is wide, open, and a little unruly. This is time set aside in a place that doesn’t ask much of you.
No pressure to improve, perform, or do anything in particular. You arrive at Cocodimama, a small charming inn set at the edge of a pink sand beach, you settle in, and things start to shift on their own.
We move each day—yoga, swimming, walking. We eat well. We spend time outside.
There are conversations, and there is plenty of quiet. Some things are planned. Most of the time is not.
The pace is slow enough that you start to notice where you are.
