About the Event
For most of us some yoga poses feel hard. You struggle, you wobble, you push harder—but they still don’t feel right. Strength alone won’t fix it. Balance isn’t just about standing still. Effort isn’t the same as progress.
This three-week series is about working with your body, not working harder. We’ll take three challenging poses—Ardha Chandrasana (Half-Moon Pose), Tree Variations, and Chaturanga—and break them down in a way that makes them feel stable, strong, and even easy.
Week 1: Half-Moon Pose | Find the balance between effort and surrender
Week 2: Tree Pose Variations | Build strength without tension, softness without collapse
Week 3: Chaturanga | Stop muscling through—learn the mechanics that create ease
You don’t need to be more flexible. You don’t need to be stronger. You just need to know how to practice in a way that uses natural movement and works for your body.
