Horse Yoga at Ashland

Let's get together to slow down, breath deeply and feel! Join us for a free, all-levels practice on the lawn under the trees with the horse statues in view. And it is Father's Day so you could bring your father or dedicate your practice to him whether he is near or far. 

Join us if this is your first yoga practice or your thousandth; it's a great opportunity to be with our community in a beautiful environment with many people who love yoga and want to share it. Invite your people, share this and/or bring a friend. 

EVERYONE is welcome! Most people bring mats but a big towel works too. 

This practice is always free but there is a $10 fee for parking in the lot this Sunday. 

If it is at all  possible walk or ride your bike because it is better for the environment, better for your health and happiness and today, it will save you 10 bucks. 

Also, as always, if you want to bring a donation for Ashland they will certainly be grateful.
