About the Event

This 5-week program is designed to retrain how your body moves—from the hips to the core to the shoulders. Using yoga as the foundation, we build strength, mobility, and alignment through activation-based training.

This series is perfect for you if you:


• feel stiff in your low back

• want to improve mobility without aggressive stretching

• want stronger hips and glutes + improved balance

• want more support in plank, Chaturanga, and upper body work
