About the Event

This is a two hour class with teaching and discussion, focused deeply on actual practice. In this workshop you will experience the basic energy concepts of Jin Shin Jyutsu, how to apply Jin Shin Jyutsu Self -Help for yourself; and experiential guided Jin Shin Jyutsu practices for stress, anxiety, strong emotions, and general well-being.

You are created with an ever-flowing energetic system that builds, balances and protects your physical and emotional self.  You are wired to naturally respond to the light touch of Jin Shin Jyutsu with relaxation and both physical and emotional improvements.

We use this touch unconsciously day in and day out. We rest our cheeks on our fists when thinking. As a child you may  have sucked your thumb or placed your hands over a scraped knee. When overwhelmed, we naturally comfort ourselves with a hug.

Jin Shin Jyutsu Self-Help is the art of getting to know and help yourself, like you instinctively knew how to do when you were a child.

WHAT TO WEAR: Comfortable loose clothing of any kind.

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga or floor mat, blankets and pillows for your comfort. Chairs provided for those uncomfortable

lying prone. You may want to bring a paper and pen for notes.

Handouts will be provided.

There are no physical barriers to be able to learn and practice Jin Shin Jyutsu.

Jennifer Bradley, an Authorized Practitioner and Self-Help Instructor, created a formal Jin Shin Jyutsu program University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center. The program expanded to include all areas of the university medical center.  In collaboration with physicians, surgeons, nurses, psychologists, social workers and other integrative therapists, Jennifer worked with individuals of all ages and all walks of life for 10 years.

She continues to share her experience and knowledge of Jin Shin Jyutsu to guide others to find balanced physical and emotional health through individualized treatments and Self-Help teaching. By continuing her study of Jin Shin Jyutsu, Jennifer has expanded her practice to include Jin Shin Jyutsu therapy with animals; primarily equine, canine, and feline.
