About the Event
Liz Sheehan coming to guide kids yoga again this Sunday! Children are always welcome to join our practice and this week (8/11) Liz is going to lead a special separate practice adjacent to our regular for people 5-14 years old.
Bring a mat if you have one and big towel works too. Parents are welcome to join Liz but don't have to for the 5-14 set. Younger children are also invited but they do need to have a parent with them.
Like every practice at Ashland this is FREE and EVERY kid is welcome.
