About the Event
Liz Sheehan is coming to guide kids yoga for the last time this Season. Children are always welcome to join our practice and this week Liz will lead a special separate, fun, kid-friendly practice adjacent to our regular practice for people 5-14 years old.Â
Bring a mat if you have one and big towel works too. Parents are welcome to join Liz but don't have to for the 5-14 set. Younger children are also invited but they do need to have a parent with them.Â
Like every practice at Ashland this is FREE and EVERY kid is welcome.
