Lissa Sims will guide the opportunity to slow down, breath deeply and feel in our free, all-levels practice on the lawn. Whether this is your first yoga practice or your thousandth, this is a great opportunity to be with your tribe in a beautiful environment with many people who love yoga and want to share it.
