Live Yoga on Thursdays at 9:30

We will set our mats 6+ feet apart while practicing yoga together under the trees and the blue sky. 

Please walk or ride your bike if you can because

1. it is better for the environment

2. it is better for your body and mind

3. it will keep people from wondering why we are congregating ;)

You can park on Clays Spring Lane or Clinton if you do drive. I will get there around 9:25 and you will see our spot--we will be down the little hill by the spring in the flat area. 

If it rains we will quickly pivot to a periscope practice.
