About the Event

Most of us don't need to stretch more. We need our bodies to work together more intelligently.
Over five weeks, you'll learn how to help your body work together more intelligently—improving joint mobility, awakening underused muscles, and building strength where it matters most so your body feels more stable, more capable, and more comfortable—whether you're practicing yoga, walking the dog, playing pickleball, lifting children, or simply getting out of bed in the morning.
This isn't a typical yoga class. It's a progressive training series that uses yoga as the tool.
Enrollment is limited to 12 because this work is highly individualized. You'll receive personal feedback and coaching throughout each class.
