About the Event

Learn to connect easily with your best self, and deepen your connection with your body/your mind/your self.   You'll practice natural movement and yoga forms paired with intentional breath, helping you tap into your innate wisdom. By coming home to your body, you will practice moving through all things with ease.

We are so excited to welcome Colleen Potter to SHALA. She will be leading most Friday Mornings. More about Colleen here

Two hours of all-levels yoga flow.  You can come to both sections or just one!  This practice is flexible and designed for EVERYONE, from novice to life-long yogis to find strength and ease through moving mindfulness.

Strengthen + Flow at 7:30 AM ~ An energizing practice to get you moving and increase both strength and flexibility.  We will build heat to cleanse and tone the body and mind by pairing natural movement with your breath.

Slow Down + Relax at 8:30 AM ~ We will linger in a few poses to help you relax and be fully present in your body.  Feel yourself opening as you deepen your experience in the body through mindful stillness and breath.  You will leave feeling deeply relaxed.

The practices are designed to work together: Warm up and tone for the first hour, then slow down and restore yourself in the second.

You're invited to attend just one section or the other, or stay for the full 2 hours!
