About the Event
This practice is designed to help you release what isn't useful and make a little more space—for breath, for ease, for whatever is ready to come next. For some people it is a little easier to get to this place of letting go with a bit of guidance.
This evening is an antidote to hurry and a way to ground yourself. No experience needed.
Bring an open mind and an open heart and a friend who needs a break--everything else you need is provided: blankets, pillows, comfort, and quiet.
Space is limited, and this WILL fill quickly so if want to come please do reserve a spot now.
No experience necessary. You’ll be guided the whole time. All you have to do is show up, lie down, and listen.
