Reconnect with the Best of Yourself: 3-Week Series

Start the year right by reconnecting with your best self. Learn to connect easily with your truest and best self, by discovering, in a way only you can the way to being completely embodied and fully present. You will practice natural movement and yoga forms to help you tap into your best self while you move and meditate around the idea of doing all things with ease by being fully in your body.

Make 2024 your year! Rekindle the fire with your awesome self, and learn to connect with that badass person within. Get ready for a journey that's uniquely yours, discovering how to be fully present and in tune with your body.

Two hours all-levels yoga designed to help you continue to find ease. This practice is designed for EVERYONE, from novice to life-long yogis to find ease through moving mindfulness. (Come to both hours or just one.)

7:30 a.m.  Strong + Flow, an energizing practice to get you moving and increase both strength and flexibility. We will practice natural movement with breathing that encourages healing.

8:30 p.m. Relax + Heal  we will linger in a few poses to help you relax and be in your body. Beginning and experienced will students find an opening for a profound mindfulness meditation in this practice. You will leave feeling deeply relaxed.

The practices are designed to work together: warm up and tone for the first hour then slow and deep for the second hour. However, each also functions as a stand-alone practice so you can do just one.

Parking in available in the lot in front of the building and behind as well as the lot across the street (no permit required despite sign) and on the street--there are meters and not.
