About the Event
We are so excited to welcome you to our new SHALA space. Please join us on SATURDAY to practice yoga with the gang. It will be similar to our ourdoor practice (less the walnuts.) Bring a mat, wear what's comfortable and  be ready to have fun and find ease. As always this is an all-levels practice and EVERYONE is welcome.
