About the Event
Yoga to get you moving, strong and flexible and most importantly, to connect to yourself so you know what you need, on the mat and off.
The goal is to find the thing that works for you so you can bring more of these calming/energizing practices to your life.
When you slow down, breathe deeply and feel you can connect with your truest self. While practicing yoga, breathing or meditation, the focus is not on fixing ourselves but on affirming that we already possess what we need.
This 90-minute practice involves movement and gentle stretching, followed by a bit of breathwork and meditation. The movement segment prepares you well to be comfortable and peaceful for some mindfulness meditation.
