Come and join us for rejuvenating Yoga Nidra as we transition from spring to summer.Â
This all-levels practice is designed to help you relax and unwind in a cozy and comfortable setting. We will guide you through 2-3 gentle movements that will prepare you to lie down comfortably to enjoy the guided meditation. Feel free to use the blankets and blocks provided, but if you prefer extra support, bring your own bolsters or pillows to enhance your experience.Â
Free for SHALA members, and we also have a limited number of drop-in spots available with a pay-what-you-can option. Suggested amount is $20.
