About the Event
Each week you will tune in to yourself, connect with other people, and build warm energy in our bodies. The six-week series will integrate Ayurvedic principles to bring balance in the heavy dampness of Kapha season, and practice intuitive, playful movement to release what is stagnant and feel more energized.
You can expect a mix of vinyasa flow, slow flow, breathwork and restorative poses. Everyone is welcome and this practice is suitable for all levels.
